Lexington Pde|Adamstown Heights
Sometimes its better to go down than up. Lexington Parade was the addition of 121m2 of floor space, most of which was an under house conversion from unusable space, to expansive high ceiling home.
Mitchell St|Merewether
In just three months, we completed a full unit renovation which included a open plan living remodel. Featuring large format cement tiles & led lighting in the bathroom with a calm white kitchen pallete, the home balances modern coastal living with a timeless design.
The incorpoation of a laundry adjoining the kitchen maximises the efficiency & practicality of this home.
