This service helps you move from an initial concept plan towards a well-defined, costed and construction-ready project with confidence.

Project Reset is our structured 15–25 week process for developed projects that need refinement before construction. Working alongside your design team and consultants, we identify what needs to change, realign the design and budget, and resolve the outstanding details needed to move forward.

Understand & Plan
Every project starts with understanding what you want to achieve - how you want to live, what matters most to you, your budget, your site and your long-term plans. In a complimentary consult, you’ll meet our builder, Joe, to work out early on if we’re a good fit for each other.
From there, we chat to our trusted building designers to consider early planning, making sure your ideas, your property & your timeline are possible.
Concept planning commences with your chosen designer to start sketching out your project so we can visualise what you do and don’t like. When we’re happy with a first draft of concepts, we move into our feasibility study.

Design & Prepare
Once we’ve run our feasibility study & the numbers stack up to the design, we begin refining the construction detail, submitting applications & initiating engineering consultants.
We work alongside our trusted consultants, local suppliers and trades to confirm project selections, documentation and detailed pricing through our 3-week quoting (a paid service).
A pre-start meeting lets you meet our Project Manager, where we work through timelines and project specifics, along with a welcome package, giving you a clear understanding of what we're building, how we'll deliver it & how we work together.

Build Your Home
With the planning done properly, construction can begin.
Throughout the build, our team carefully manages the site, trades, schedule and finer details, while keeping you informed with regular communication and progress updates.
Along with regular site visits, you’ll have access to our online Project Management Portal for access to project updates, communication & scheduling along with financial overview.
It's where all that work before construction pays off - allowing us to focus on building your home with care, quality and attention to detail from beginning to end.

Yes. Our preliminary agreement service is designed to help bring projects into alignment before construction begins. If your project has progressed through design but is facing budget pressures, unresolved details or uncertainty around the construction scope, we can review the existing information, identify potential solutions and help establish a more workable path forward. We refer to this process as a Project Reset.

Yes - We take a detailed approach to reviewing plans, specifications and project requirements before finalising the construction scope. Where necessary, we undertake quote revisions to help ensure the client and builder have a shared understanding of the inclusions, exclusions and budget. Our goal is to reduce uncertainty through transparent communication and thorough preparation before construction begins.

Your build will be managed collaboratively by our dedicated, experienced full-time Project Manager and our Builder, Joe, who remain closely involved throughout the project.
Our Project Manager provides the technical oversight and day-to-day coordination, including managing trades, reviewing construction details, monitoring finances and identifying potential issues. Joe brings his hands-on building experience and remains involved in key construction decisions and the overall delivery of your project.
Through our online project management platform, you'll have access to project information, contractual communication, financial monitoring and regular site updates. This is complemented by in-person site walks and direct interaction with our friendly crew, ensuring you feel informed, supported and connected throughout your build.

It depends on the scope and complexity of your project. For larger renovations and extensions, moving out may be the most practical option, particularly when major structural changes affect essential living areas. However, where the project allows, we’re happy to work with clients who would prefer to remain in their home, carefully planning the construction stages to minimise disruption and maintain a safe living environment.
We’ll discuss the practical considerations with you early on, help you understand your options and develop an approach that balances the needs of your household with the requirements of the build.

We’re a family-owned building company in Newcastle, bringing together residential building experience, structural engineering knowledge and experience in complex and challenging civil works. We’re comfortable taking on projects that require careful planning, technical problem-solving and a considered approach to construction.
